TBI Residential is an assisted living facility, licensed and inspected by the Agency for Health Care Administration for the State of Florida

Our focus is on maintenance care and services for clients who have achieved an established level of function.  Our beautiful location allows each resident to feel “at home,” while on-site third party providers (physical, occupational and speech therapy, psychotherapy, and MD/ARNP) lend the technical expertise to ensure all of our residents’ needs are being met.

TBI Residential is owned and operated by Family Extended Care, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation with over fifty-years of care giving in our roots. We are committed to providing quality, affordable care to our residents and day services participants. Our reputation for this care is strong throughout the communities we serve.

Our comprehensive assisted living and independent living programming is progressively and sensitively balanced to incorporate safety, common sense, dignity and risk necessary for people to grow. Our mission is to effect positively the quality of life for the elderly, to meet their multiple needs, and those of their families.
